Purchases and access
Paid plans grant access to the features described at the time of purchase. One-time packages provide access for the stated duration; monthly plans renew until cancelled.
Refunds
If the platform is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.
Content and intellectual property
All practice questions, explanations and study materials are original works owned by Voltprep. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish them. We reference NEC article and section numbers only and do not reproduce copyrighted code text.
No guarantee of exam results
Our materials are study aids. We do not guarantee that you will pass any licensing exam. Always study alongside a licensed copy of the 2023 NEC and any jurisdiction-specific requirements.
